SALISBURY -- Fourteen properties changed hands in Salisbury between July 10 and Aug. 8, with recorded sale prices ranging from $44,998 to $5,250,000, according to Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds records. Nine of the 14 transactions disclosed a sale price; the remaining five, several involving trusts or transfers within the same family name, did not.

Of the 14 deeds recorded in the period, nine listed a consideration amount. Those disclosed prices ranged from $44,998 to $5,250,000, with a median sale price of $509,000. The condominium unit at 233 Beach Rd, Unit A10, sold for $570,000 on Aug. 7, with Brenda Gharabegian selling to Mark Spencer. Rounding out the top five, 2 Old County Rd, Unit 12, sold for $509,000 on July 27, with Ocean Breeze Development LLC selling to Salvatore Perla.

No two disclosed-price sales in this period shared a street name, so transactions are grouped by price tier instead.
