ROWLEY -- Fifteen properties changed hands in Rowley between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $561,000 to $970,000 and a median of $791,000, according to deed records filed with the Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds.

Nine of those transactions included a disclosed sale price, ranging from $561,000 to $970,000, with a median of $791,000. NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Wethersfield Street accounted for two of the period's top sales: Lot 1 at $801,000 and Lot 4 at $879,000, both closing in the same week. Farnham Road also had two transfers: 33 Farnham Road, Lot 50, sold for $715,000, while 20 Farnham Road did not disclose a price. Main Street had two transfers as well: 353 Main Street, Lot 1, sold for $561,000, the period's lowest disclosed price, in a transfer between two people sharing the Barrett surname; 27 & 31 Main Street changed hands between two trusts with no price disclosed.
