Marblehead sale prices split widely from $750,000 to $1,175,000 in September

MARBLEHEAD -- Fourteen property transfers recorded at the Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26 included just three with sale prices posted so far, ranging from $750,000 to $1,175,000. The remaining 11 transfers had no price yet on file, a common lag in registry reporting rather than a sign of secrecy.
