LYNNFIELD -- A single-family sale on Stafford Road topped $2 million to lead 14 property transfers recorded in Lynnfield over the past month, though sale prices remain unavailable for most of the period's deeds.

Based on the raw count of 14 recorded transfers across a four-week span, activity was steady rather than sparse, with deeds recorded in nearly every week of the period. The same day, an adjoining parcel at the address, described in the deed as Lots C and 5, also sold for $840,000. Both transactions were recorded between seller Eric T. Curran and buyer Pen Home Builders LLC.
