WENHAM -- Only two property transfers were recorded in Wenham during the four-week period ending Sept. 19, continuing a pattern of low sales volume for the small North Shore town. The sole transaction with a recorded price, a condominium unit on Kimball Avenue, sold for $1,235,000.
