IPSWICH -- Fifteen property deeds were recorded in Ipswich between July 3 and Aug. 1, with prices on the 11 disclosed sales ranging from $215,000 to $2,659,000 and a median of $895,000.

At 29 Heartbreak Road, Susan D. Oleary sold to Matthew Ryan Carstens for $1,575,000 on July 30. Unit 33 at 33 Bay Road sold for $1,510,000 on July 27, with Joshua E. Latham, as trustee, selling to Robert Hunter Parrot. Unit 1 at 24 Fellow Road sold for $1,250,000 on July 31; Michael P. McNiff, as trustee, sold to Jill Davis-Ranford, as trustee.
