AMESBURY -- Fourteen properties changed hands in Amesbury between July 10 and Aug. 8, with recorded prices ranging from $195,000 to $1.4 million and a median sale price of $468,000, according to Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds records.

MARKET OVERVIEW The registry recorded 14 total transfers during the period, 12 of which listed a disclosed sale price. Prices ranged from $195,000 for a unit at 20 Mason Ct to $1.4 million for a property at 4 Point Shore Overlook Lot 6. The median sale price among disclosed transactions was $468,000.
