WEST NEWBURY -- Ten property deeds were recorded in West Newbury between July 24 and Aug. 22, according to Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds records. Five of the transactions disclosed a sale price, ranging from $460,000 to $1,800,000, with a median of $850,000 among those five.

Among the five sales with disclosed prices, the range ran from $460,000 to $1,800,000, with a median sale price of $850,000.
