WEST NEWBURY -- Fifteen properties changed hands in West Newbury between July 10 and Aug. 8, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $425,000 to $1.8 million and a cluster of transactions concentrated on Middle Street.

MARKET OVERVIEW

The Essex County Registry of Deeds recorded 15 transfers in West Newbury during the period. Of those, nine disclosed a sale price, ranging from $425,000 to $1,800,000, with a median of $602,000. The remaining six transfers, all involving trusts or family members with matching last names, did not disclose a price. NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN
