WENHAM -- Eleven properties changed hands in Wenham between June 26 and July 25, with recorded sale prices ranging from $400,000 to $3,985,000, according to Essex County Registry of Deeds records. Two of the transactions moved property within the same family through trust conveyances, and three of the 11 sales did not disclose a purchase price.

Among the eight disclosed sales, prices ranged from $400,000 for a condominium unit at 68 Maple St. to $3,985,000 for a property at 120 Grapevine Rd., a spread of nearly $3.6 million.
