SALEM -- Fourteen property transfers were recorded in Salem over the past month, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $280,000 to $1,000,000 and a median of $840,000 among the eight transactions that listed a consideration amount.

Disclosed prices ranged from $280,000 to $1,000,000, with a median of $840,000. The remaining six transfers did not include a consideration amount, which is common for deed records and does not necessarily indicate the property changed hands for no value. TOP SALES The highest-priced transaction was 16 Franklin St., Unit 2201, which sold for $1,000,000 on July 24.
