SALEM -- Fifteen property deeds were recorded in Salem on July 17, 2026, with sale prices ranging from $302,000 to $888,000 among the five transactions that disclosed a price, according to Essex County Southern District Registry of Deeds records covering June 19 through July 18.

Of those, five disclosed a sale price, ranging from $302,000 to $888,000, with a median of $515,000 among the disclosed sales. The other 10 transfers, including a cluster of six transactions between the Salem Housing Authority and Housing Opportunities of Salem Inc., did not carry a disclosed consideration amount.
