LYNNFIELD -- Fifteen properties changed hands in Lynnfield between June 19 and July 18, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $620,000 to $1,805,000. Nine of the 12 sales with recorded prices closed above $1 million, and one builder, Toll Northeast V Corp, accounted for three of the five highest-priced transactions.

MARKET OVERVIEW

Fifteen deeds were recorded during the period, 12 of which listed a sale price; the other three were transfers to trusts held by the same individual and did not disclose consideration. Rounding out the top five, 8 N Hill Dr Lot 42 sold for $1,500,000 on July 15, with the deed recording seller Chandra Minor and buyer Michael Minor.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Stableford Court accounted for two of the period's sales -- 12 Stableford Ct Un 6 and 5 Stableford Ct Un 11 -- both sold by Toll Northeast V Corp, the only street with more than one recorded transaction.
