ROCKPORT -- Fourteen deeds were recorded in Rockport during the past month, ranging from a $449,000 condominium unit to a $1,795,000 condo at 4 North Rd. Only six of the 14 transactions disclosed a sale price, and roughly half the recorded transfers moved property between family members or into personal trusts rather than through open-market sales.
