Babcock for $1,100,000 on Aug. 27. The unit at 18 Parker Ridge Way sold for $1,061,000 on Aug. 25, with James Victor Major buying from Thomas A. Fram. The unit at 81-83 Bromfield St. recorded a $1,000,000 sale on Aug. 28, with Matthew David Tilley purchasing from Scott Tilley; the shared surname may indicate a family-related transfer.
