MIDDLETON -- Fifteen properties changed hands in Middleton between June 19 and July 18, with recorded prices spanning from $385,000 to $4.5 million, according to deeds filed with the Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds.

MARKET OVERVIEW The registry recorded 15 transfers during the period, with sale prices disclosed on 11 of them. Among those 11, prices ranged from $385,000 to $4.5 million, and the median sale price was $870,000. The 15-sale count reflects a steady, if unremarkable, volume of activity; the data alone does not indicate whether this represents an increase or decrease from prior months.
