Marblehead Home Prices Span $665,000 To $5 Million In Latest Sales Period

MARBLEHEAD -- Fifteen property transfers were recorded in Marblehead between June 19 and July 18, with sale prices ranging from $665,000 to $5 million among the seven deeds that disclosed a purchase price. The month's priciest transaction, a $5 million sale on Broadmere Way, was more than four times the next-highest disclosed sale.

MARKET OVERVIEW Fifteen deeds were recorded in the four-week period. Of those, seven disclosed a sale price, ranging from $665,000 to $5,000,000, with a median of $985,000 among the disclosed sales. The remaining eight transfers, more than half the total, were recorded without a stated consideration amount, which is common for deed records and limits how much can be said about overall price trends this period. Based on raw count alone, 15 recorded deeds represents a full month of transfer activity in town; no comparative data from prior periods was provided to characterize it as more or less active than usual.

31 Franklin St sold for $1,500,000 on July 14. The seller was Debra J. Lynch and the buyer was Six1Two LLC.

149 Elm St sold for $985,000 on July 16, from seller Amy Z. Diamond to buyer Conor Dunne.

66 Overlook Rd Lot 110 & 111 sold for $825,000 on July 17. The seller was listed as Christine Pappas, representative, and the buyer as Allison Leix.
