Manchester By The Sea Home Sales Span $515,000 To $3.2 Million In July

MANCHESTER BY THE SEA -- Eleven properties changed hands in Manchester By The Sea between June 26 and July 25, according to deeds recorded at the Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds. The highest-priced sale, a $3.2 million transfer on Forster Road, anchored a month in which prices ranged widely and nearly half of all recorded transfers listed no sale price.

55 Old Essex Rd sold for $1,107,111 on June 26. J. David Webster was the seller; Ryan S. Lott was the buyer.
