IPSWICH -- Fifteen property deeds were recorded in Ipswich between June 26 and July 25, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $215,000 to $1,375,000 and a median of $855,000 among the transactions that listed a price.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Kings Way was the only street with more than one recorded transfer during the period: Unit 17 sold for $646,000, while Unit 11 changed hands without a disclosed price on July 8, transferring from Rita Addison to the Addison Revocable Living Trust. No other street had more than one recorded deed.
