GROVELAND -- Fourteen properties changed hands in Groveland between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, according to newly recorded deeds at the Essex County Southern District Registry of Deeds. Disclosed sale prices ranged from $120,000 to $987,500, with a median of $569,000 among the nine transactions that listed a price.

Lot 45, which sold for $805,000 on Aug. 27, with James E. Monaco as seller and Kara Putnam as buyer. Third was 6 Highland Ave., which sold for $760,000 on Sept. 1, with Edson Zanette as seller and Aditi Krigovski as buyer. Rounding out the top five: 47 Uptack Rd. Lot 2 sold for $655,000 on Aug. 31, with Shawn A.
