Four priced Newburyport sales this period all top $1.4 million

NEWBURYPORT -- Fifteen property transfers were recorded in Newburyport between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only four carried a sale price in the registry so far, all of them above $1.4 million. The period's defining feature isn't the price tag, it's the volume of transfers moving property from individual owners into trusts bearing the same family name.
