Disclosed Salisbury Home Sales Span $170,000 To $835,000 In August

SALISBURY -- Essex County Registry of Deeds records show 10 property transfers in Salisbury between July 31 and Aug. 29, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $170,000 to $835,000. Half of the recorded deeds carried no listed sale price, and several of those appear to be transfers among family members into trusts.

10 Caitlin Cir, Unit 26, sold for $649,000 on Aug. 19. Jessy D. Shea sold the unit to Jordan Marie Patterson.

86 Ferry Rd, Lot 5, sold for $585,000 on Aug. 25. The Bochenko Family Irrevocable Trust sold the property to Alex Amico.

3 Adams St sold for $170,000 on Aug. 24, the lowest disclosed price of the period. Amy Rock sold the property to Stephen M. Manzo.
