GLOUCESTER -- Fifteen property deeds were recorded in Gloucester between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only one carried a disclosed sale price: a $1.5 million transaction on Eastern Point Road. The rest of the period's activity consisted largely of trust and family transfers that did not include consideration amounts in the recorded deed.
