SALEM -- Thirteen properties changed hands in Salem between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, with recorded sale prices ranging from $306,900 to $1,522,500 and a median of $627,500 among the eight transactions with a price on file so far.

Eight of those carry a recorded sale price, ranging from $306,900 to $1,522,500, with a median of $627,500. The remaining five transactions have no price yet on file; that is typical in the days immediately following recording, and prices for those entries generally appear within about a week. Taken on raw count alone, 13 recorded transfers over the four-week period reflects steady activity, spanning condominium units, single-family homes and one larger commercial property.

TOP SALES

The period's highest-priced transaction was 100 & 102 Boston St, which sold for $1,522,500 on Oct. 5. H & M Properties LLC sold the property to 100 Boston Street LLC. At 106 Bridge St Unit 7, Stephanie Fries sold a condominium unit to Brian J. Downey for $770,000 on Oct. 8. At 3 Roosevelt Rd, John B. Perroni Jr., as trustee, sold the property to Alessandro Santini for $764,200, also on Oct. 8. At 14 Glenn Ave, Lots 147 & 148, Daniel Volpe sold the property to Morgan H. Zelga for $755,000 on Oct. 9. Rounding out the top tier, 31 Williams St sold for $500,000 on Oct. 8, recorded with seller Rose M C and buyer Radoncic M.
