NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Bare Hill Road saw two recorded transfers: 147 Bare Hill Road, Lot 5, which sold for $755,000 on Sept. 30, and 128 Bare Hill Road, Lot 15A, recorded Oct. 9 with Joanna C. Daniel transferring the property to the Joanna Corraro Daniel Trust; a price for the latter is not yet available.

The Great Pond area had two transfers under different street names: Lot 104 Great Pond Road, recorded Oct. 5 between David W.
