Merrimac Home Sales Cluster Between $500,000 And $1 Million In Latest Deeds

MERRIMAC -- Thirteen properties changed hands in Merrimac between July 24 and Aug. 22, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $480,000 to $1,160,000 and a median of $685,000 among the seven transactions that reported a price.

Topitzer); 120 E Main St Lot 1A (Jill Buschmann to Jill Buschmann, as trustee); and 5 Freedom Way Un 5 (the Harriet Polner 2025 Revocable Family Trust to the Harriet Polner 2026 Irrevocable Trust). None of these five listed a sale price. A sixth undisclosed-price sale, 42 Emery St Lot 41, transferred from Diane E. Martin to Heidi M. Klingebiel, as trustee.
