MANCHESTER BY THE SEA -- Eleven property transfers were recorded at the Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds for Manchester By The Sea between July 31 and August 29. Sale prices were disclosed on six of the eleven deeds; the other five were transfers in which the seller and buyer share the same name, typically indicating a shift into a trust.
