LYNN -- Fourteen properties sold in Lynn over the past month, with recorded prices ranging from $124,000 to $1,120,000 and a median of $614,500 among the transactions that disclosed a sale price.

MARKET OVERVIEW Fourteen deeds were recorded with the Essex South Registry of Deeds for Lynn properties between July 24 and Aug. 22. Prices ranged from $124,000 for a condominium unit at 9 Clarendon Ave to $1,120,000 for a single-family home at 42 Baker St. The median sale price among the 10 transactions with a disclosed price was $614,500. The remaining four deeds, all tied to trust or entity transfers, did not disclose a sale price. All 14 deeds in this roundup were recorded within a three-day span, Aug. 19 through Aug. 21, with eight of them recorded on Aug. 21 alone.
