IPSWICH -- Fourteen property deeds recorded in Ipswich between July 24 and Aug. 22 show sale prices ranging from $430,000 to $2,195,000, though half the transactions carried no disclosed purchase price, a common feature of trust and estate transfers in deed records.

TOP SALES

The unit at 2 Howard St., Lot 41, sold for $680,000 on Aug. 17, with Priscilla A. Herrington as seller and Michael Morrill as buyer. At 11 Mt. Pleasant Ave., Daniel H. Hill sold to Wayne Avenue Properties LLC for $630,000 on Aug. 14.

One commercial-linked transfer also appears in the period: 0 Central St., Unit 2, passed from Five Corners Cafe & Deli LLC to Christopher J. McCormack, trustee, with no price disclosed.
