HAVERHILL -- Fifteen property deeds were recorded in Haverhill during the period reviewed, but only seven disclosed a sale price, with figures spanning $475,000 to $800,000 and a median of $650,000, according to Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds records covering July 17 through Aug. 15, 2026.
