GLOUCESTER -- Gloucester recorded 14 property deed transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but only two carried a market sale price, underscoring how much of the month's recorded activity reflected non-market transfers rather than traditional home sales.

MARKET OVERVIEW Fourteen deeds were recorded in Gloucester during the period. Of those, two carried a confirmed market sale price, $649,000 and $849,000, for a median of $749,000. Ten of the 14 transfers were nominal-consideration transactions, recorded for $10,000 or less, which do not reflect market value and are not counted in the price range or median. The remaining two transfers have price not yet available.
