LYNN -- Fourteen deeds were recorded at the Essex County Southern District Registry of Deeds for Lynn properties between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $432,900 to $1,925,000. The month's top transaction, a $1.925 million sale on Franklin Street, was more than double the next-highest recorded price.
