Disclosed Lynnfield Home Sales Cluster Above $1 Million This Period

LYNNFIELD -- Essex County Registry of Deeds records show 14 property transfers in Lynnfield between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only five listed a sale price, with the top disclosed sale reaching $1,525,000 for a home on Durham Drive.

The 7 Trickett Road Lot 137 property sold for $1,052,500 on Aug. 12, with James A. Culbert as seller and Brandon J. LeBlanc as buyer. At 47 Brook Drive Lot 6, the sale price was $950,000, recorded Aug. 12, with M.A. Pluviose as seller and J.T. Jenkins as buyer. The 17 Munroe St. property sold for $674,000 on Aug. 21; Hilary A. Kulakowski was the seller and Mauro Lopez the buyer.

No two disclosed-price sales occurred on the same street during this period, so no street-level cluster emerged among the reported transactions.
