SWAMPSCOTT -- Fifteen property deeds were recorded in Swampscott between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with eight carrying a sale price so far. Those eight ranged from $305,000 to $920,000, with a median of $659,500, while the remaining seven were transfers from individual owners into their own trusts.
