Newbury Library Board of Trustees defers gallery policy vote, hears case for $33,000 regional consortium membership. The director also reported that new Circulation Associate Stephanie Tenzel joined the staff January 6 and that the library's state aid, estimated at approximately $7,000, had been approved.
