TOPSFIELD -- Thirteen properties changed hands in Topsfield between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only six of those deeds disclosed a sale price. Among the six, prices ranged from $537,500 to $1,375,000, with a median of $1,028,000.

13 Andrews Rd, Lot 13, sold for $906,000 on Aug. 26, with the deed listing C. Coughlin as seller and C. Stephens as buyer.

Rounding out the top five, 188 Washington St, Lot 4, sold for $800,000 on Aug. 17. Robert J. Cattell sold the property to Christopher Nys.

NEIGHBORHOOD BREAKDOWN

Washington Street saw two recorded transfers during the period: 188 Washington St, Lot 4, sold for $800,000, while 192 Washington St, Lot 2, transferred the same day, Aug. 17, from A.F.J. Yeo to J.A.T. Yeo with no price disclosed. No other street had more than one recorded transfer in this dataset.
