HAMILTON — The Hamilton Select Board voted to transfer $40,804.60 for a new ADA-compliant town website. Town Manager Joseph Domelowicz said the switch to CivicPlus is required because the current site cannot meet a state deadline requiring full ADA accessibility by April 2027; the new site is set to launch July 1. The board voted 5-0 by roll call on the transfer and also unanimously appointed Carl Jones Jr. to the Hamilton-Wenham Recreation Committee and approved former resident David B.

Wells's request to purchase two cemetery plots. Auditor Zack Fentross of CliftonLarsonAllen reported a "clean opinion" on the town's fiscal 2025 finances and no management letter for the second time in three years. Select Board member Thomas Myers noted Hamilton is one of only 22 Massachusetts municipalities, out of 351, with a AAA bond rating.

The board also previewed a $1,340,505 override question headed to an April 16 ballot vote.
