Lynnfield Posts Notice For Town Wide Drain Structure Repairs

The town is also seeking applicants for a vacancy on the Library Board of Trustees, according to a notice posted to the town website. The opening comes as the trustees prepare to meet Tuesday, Aug. 11.

The Lynnfield Public Library hosts a virtual program Monday, Aug. 10, from 7 to 8 p.m., "Celebrating America's 250th: 'Act Worthy of Yourselves'" with author Salina B. Baker, open to all ages as part of the library's run-up to the nation's semiquincentennial.

The library holds a Summer Saturdays program, "Pool Noodle Boat," on Saturday, Aug. 8, from 10 a.m. to noon for children ages 0 to 11.

The library hosts Summer Story Time Tuesday, Aug. 11, from 10 to 10:30 a.m. for children ages 0 to 5, followed by Terrific Tuesdays with the North Suburban Child & Family Resource Network from 4 to 4:45 p.m.
