GLOUCESTER — March 10, 2026 — Gloucester Licensing Board adjusts rain date for a one-day wine and malt beverage license in a brief special session. The two-member board — Melissa Prince and Ted Costa — voted 2-0 Tuesday evening via Zoom to shift the rain date on a previously issued one-day wine and malt beverage license held by Tom Moriarty of 46R Nashua Avenue to Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at 34 Leonard Street, with all original license conditions intact. The special meeting was convened on short notice to clear the administrative hurdle before the weekend event, and Moriarty arranged to retrieve the updated license in person the following morning from the office on Pond Road.
