Georgetown High School has opened registration for fall 2026 sports, with tryouts set to begin in late August.

GEORGETOWN -- Registration for Georgetown High School's fall 2026 athletic season is open, according to the Georgetown Public Schools athletics page.

HIGH SCHOOL -- Athletic Director Jessica Whitehead's office announced that fall sports registration is open through the Snap registration portal. A Fall Sports Information Night for all fall student-athletes and their parents is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 18, at 6:30 p.m. at Georgetown Middle High School.

User fees for the fall season are set at $425 for soccer and volleyball, $375 for cross country and $475 for golf.

Tryouts begin Monday, Aug. 24. Girls soccer tryouts run Aug. 24-26 from 7-9 a.m. on the GMHS turf, boys soccer tryouts run the same three days from 4-6 p.m. on the turf, and girls volleyball tryouts run Aug. 24-26 at 5:30 p.m. in the GMHS Big Gym. Cross country tryouts are set for Aug. 24-26 at 9 a.m. at Penn Brook Elementary, and golf tryouts are scheduled for Aug. 24 at 7 a.m. at Far Corners Golf.
