ZBA approves Elm Park permit, reelects Goodwin as chair
Zoning Board · Meeting of August 5, 2026
Groveland Zoning Board of Appeals clears One Elm Park permit, reelects Goodwin as chair. The board unanimously approved a special permit for FKG Properties LLC, owner John Guilfoyle, to extend a non-conforming residential use and add four dwelling units on the third floor of the Business Zone property at Tax Map 10, Parcel 39B. Chris Goodwin was reelected chair on a voice vote, abstaining from his own nomination, and the board filled a vice chair seat for the first time, with the incoming vice chair citing a "shrinking" board and pledging to "step up to the plate." Members approved the July 15 minutes and welcomed a new member, Andrew.
One board member disclosed being considered for appointment to the Water and Sewer Commission, saying they would flag "potential for conflicts" with town staff. The board adjourned at 7:35 p.m.
