Town Hall Closes Friday as Walsh Steps Into Major National Role

Town Hall will be shuttered this Friday, July 3, giving residents a four-day holiday stretch, while Lynnfield native Steve Walsh is reportedly stepping into a prominent national position, according to Lynnfield Patch.

TOWN HALL

Town Hall will be closed Friday, July 3, in observance of the Independence Day holiday. Normal hours — Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. — resume Monday, July 6.

Residents are reminded that a Library Trustees vacancy remains open; details are posted on the town website. The town homepage also continues to carry a notice about road paving on Summer Street in front of Town Hall and on Baldwin Lane, which was originally scheduled for mid-June.
