PEABODY -- Peabody Little League used the week to spotlight its season-ending honors while keeping its Fall Ball schedule rolling.
YOUTH LEAGUES -- Peabody Little League's website is honoring its 2026 champions: the White Sox won the Majors title and also "took home" the 2026 city championship, the Angels won the AAA division, and the Cubs won the AA division. The league also posted a tribute to its "departing 12's," the players aging out of Little League eligibility.
Fall Ball play continues with games scheduled through the league's Carroll Savage, James Street Park and other local fields, pitting intracity squads such as Red, Yellow, Navy, Orange, Purple, Carolina, Silver and Green against each other, plus Peabody Navy traveling to face Salem Grey and East Lynn visiting Peabody Blue at Keaney Park.
