Library Sets Aug. 5 Concert Date With The Implications
The Saugus Public Library has announced that its 2026 Summer Concert Series will continue Wednesday, Aug. 5, with a performance by The Implications, following this week's weather-related cancellation of the Ditto Band show.

The Saugus Public Library confirmed that its Summer Concert Series at the Iron Works resumes Wednesday, Aug. 5, featuring The Implications, a band including musicians John Jerome and Millie Manning, among others. The announcement comes after Tuesday night's scheduled concert featuring the Ditto Band was scrapped due to weather.
The library also has several programs running this week. Lauren Berry is scheduled for a library event Friday, July 31, at 9 a.m., and CFCE Storytime for ages 0-6 (registration required) is set for the same day at 9:30 a.m. The library will be closed Saturday, Aug. 1, and will host a Free Summer Reading Enrichment Program for grades 1 and 2 on Monday, Aug. 3, at 9:30 a.m.
Other ongoing library offerings include the "Forged in Saugus: Donna-Marie Mironchuk" feature, Adult Summer Reading 2026, and the 2026 Summer Reading program themed around Pokémon. The library's Yoga Experience program remains on hiatus through August.
