Haverhill Youth Soccer has opened registration for its fall Development and In-Town programs.

HAVERHILL -- Registration is open for the Development Program (Pre-K through Grade 2) and In-Town Soccer (Grades 3/4), Haverhill Youth Soccer announced on its website. The Development Program costs $100 per player for Pre-K/K and $125 per player for Grade 1/2, according to the organization, which describes the program as an eight-week Saturday season focused on fundamental skills. The organization also lists a Travel program for Grades 3-8, which fields teams in the Essex County Youth Soccer Association, and TOT Soccer, a six-week introductory program for 3-year-olds priced at $70 per player. Haverhill Youth Soccer said tryout links for the Town Select League, a regional program that groups players from four to eight towns for select-level competition, are "coming soon," with no cost to register for tryouts. No Haverhill High School games were reported for the period, and no other town recreation or community sports items were available from the sources reviewed.
