Boxford Recruits Election Workers Ahead of September Primary

Boxford is asking residents to sign on as election workers ahead of the Sept. 1 state primary, town officials said, as four municipal boards prepare to meet over the coming week.
TOWN HALL
The town is seeking residents interested in serving as election workers for the Sept. 1 state primary, according to the town website, which directs interested residents to email Town Clerk staff at RPhelan@BoxfordMA.gov. The town's FY27 proposed budget and capital plan remain posted for public review on the town website, a continuing item from recent weeks. Real estate tax bills are also due, per a notice on the town homepage.
SCHOOLS
The Boxford School Committee is scheduled to meet Tuesday, Aug. 4, according to the town's public meeting calendar.
COMING UP
The Board of Assessors and the Conservation Commission are both scheduled to meet Thursday, Aug. 6. The Select Board is scheduled to meet Monday, Aug. 10. A community event called "Give Back Through Track" is listed on the town calendar for Wednesday, Aug. 5.
